Terms of Use Agreement 1. Color rings are provided for group orders only.
2. By requesting a color ring, you are advising The Cheer Curls® Company of your intent to place a group / team order for hairpieces manufactured and sold by The Cheer Curls® Company, as represented on this web site.
3. The Cheer Curls® Company provides color rings to groups and / or teams free of charge. Teams and / or groups may keep color rings for an indefinite period of time. Our color rings should be considered a "permanent loan" and do not need to be returned to The Cheer Curls® Company.
4. The Cheer Curls® Company maintains ownership of all color rings we manufacture and permanently loan to our customers. Use of our color rings for any purpose other than to place an order with The Cheer Curls® Company is expressly prohibited.
5. To request a color ring / info packet, you must be at least 18 years old. Please provide your name and shipping address. We also request the name of the team / organization for which you will be placing your group order.
