1. Not all colors are available in every style. Please view hairpiece styles on our "How To Order" page and note the color codes / names listed under each style.

2. If the color code is not listed, it is not available in that style.

3. Computer monitors can cause variations in color. When choosing your shade, it's best to find a color that compliments your natural hair shade, rather than try to make a perfect "coloring book" match.

4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

* Exceptions will be made if the hairpiece has a factory flaw. Send the hairpiece back to us within 30 days and we will offer an exchange or refund. Your refund will include your shipping fee. No prior authorization is neccessary. Just enclose a note with your return that explains the flaw and includes your name, shipping address and email address.
