We are the sole proprietor of the Cheer Curls® brand cheerleading wiglet. Any business, other than THE CHEER CURLS COMPANY, which uses the name "Cheer Curls" in reference to a hairpiece or wiglet, does so illegally and without our consent. Unauthorized use of our product name will result in legal action. Our wiglets are not sold by any other business or distributor.

Federal Law requires that all apparel, including wigs and head wear, must contain a sewn in label which states the name of the company, the country where the product is manufactured and the material from which it is made.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any team or individual who has a history of dishonest or fraudulent business/ consumer practices. This would include, but not be limited to passing bad checks, credit card fraud or providing misleading information.

The Cheer Curls Company respects your privacy and does not collect customer information.
Any personal information you provide to us when you request a color ring, request information or send an order ( name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, et al ) is kept confidential. The only information we keep are shipping records, so that your order may be verified and tracked. All shipping records are destroyed after one year.

The Cheer Curls Company does not share information about our customers with other companies or third parties. The Cheer Curls Company will not sell, rent or share your email address or personal information.

The Cheer Curls Company DOES NOT use cookies. Cookies are bits of information that are automatically stored on your computer if your computer accepts cookies. The use of cookies is often standard on the Internet and many websites use them to identify customers. We do not use cookies or any other identification/tracking programs.

The exception to our privacy policy is that we may disclose information about a customer if required by law, governmental request or court order. We will comply with such law, request or court order to protect the users of our website and/or the public.
