Please Read Before Placing Your Order

1. Please print this form and mail it with your payment. We do not accept orders online and your information will not "click through" to us. Orders are accepted by mail only.

2. We accept checks ( personal, business, league, school, cashier ) and money orders as payment. We do not accept credit cards. Please do not forward your credit information.

3. All hairpieces are processed within 24 business hours of receiving your order, unless you are otherwise notified. After processing, your order is shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx. We will ship by the method which gets your order into your hands by your target date..

Please time your orders accordingly. We cannot be responsible for delayed planning on the part of the customer.

4. We do not have business hours or shipping availability on weekends or holidays. If we receive your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will enter our "intake" system on Monday.

5. Please be sure to include a physical address on your order. We require an alternate address, other than your PO box number.

5. We do not believe in "backorders". We manufacture our own hairpieces and maintain a huge inventory. Very rarely will we go out-of-stock on a particular color.

In the unlikely event that we are temporarily depleted of a color, we will automatically send you the next closest shade, to "get you by" temporarily. It does not need to be returned.

As soon as your original color-choice is back in stock (we receive new inventory weekly), we will send it to you. We do not want anyone on the team to be without a hairpiece on competition day!
