Here at The Cheer Curls ® Company, we define "Backorder" as the failure to ship a complete order.  

 Regarding Backorders, our policy is simple :  

WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN BACKORDERS.

WE WILL NOT SUBJECT OUR CUSTOMERS TO BACKORDERS.

Our company manufactures our own hairpieces and we maintain a huge inventory.   Rarely, if ever, will we go "out of stock" on a style or color. 

If we should ever be temporarily depleted of a color, we will automatically send the next closest shade.   When your original choice of color is back in stock, we will immediately ship it to you. 

The hairpiece that we shipped as an alternate ( to hold you over until the original choice arrives ) is yours to keep.   YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN IT. 

Our " No Backorder " policy motivates our associates to maintain 100% inventory.  There is nothing more frustrating to a coach than to have several girls on the team appear at a competition without their hairpieces because a company is backordered on the colors needed.
